But in a recent interview with ‘Vanita’, Shobhana spoke in detail regarding her daughter and her interest in dancing.
Shobhana said that her daughter was not very fond of dance for so long and recently she came to her and told her that she should learn dance. This is how Shobhana replied to the question whether her daughter is strict with Anantanarayani.
‘I am a normal mother who is afraid of phone calls from my daughter’s school. I would be scared even if they call to say something good. She is now in 8th standard. She also studies in the same school as me in Chennai.
She wants to do her college studies at Stella Maris. Do the opposite of what I say. That’s age. I tell you to do what you want to do with it. Will do it then. Our lives go on through such jokes.’
Shobhana said that she liked ‘Manichithathaar’ as her daughter started watching her films recently.
