Police in Indiana lower an ISIS flag
Malloy was accused of flag desecration, intimidation, criminal corruption and trespassing
Footage from an Indiana police officer’s shoulder camera shows the moment a woman threatened to behead local police officers, claiming she was a member of the Islamic State.
“If you don’t all get kicked out, ISIS will behead you,” Sierra Justice Malloy, 43, can be heard telling officers who were acted upon by reports of arson outside the Spectrum cable store on Old Business Road in Evansville Sunday night.

Malloy went on to tell officers at the scene that they didn’t know who they were dealing with, as she allegedly admitted to tearing up the company’s American flag, setting it on fire and replacing it with a green ISIS flag.

She told the police, “Terrorists will come to you in the worst of times, you don’t know it yet.”
Malloy was charged with flag desecration, intimidation, criminal corruption and trespassing. She is being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
According to the authorities, according to what was stated in Daily Mail She first got a call from someone at the Spectrum cable store just after 9:45 p.m. on Sunday. “The grass was on fire about 6 to 10 feet from the building,” Officer Ed Kitzinger wrote in an affidavit obtained by the Evansville Courier and Press. “The fire department was already on the scene and the fire was put out.”
By 9.52pm, police-worn cameras showed an officer approaching the scene, where Malloy was already in handcuffs and a green flag could be seen waving from the top of the flag pole. The officers removed her personal belongings, as she told them, “The terrorists hit you at the worst of times.”
The green flag is flying
Malloy continued to hurl a flurry of hostile insults and insults as the officers behind her lowered the green flag. At that point, I threatened to “cut off their damn heads.”
“‘my head?” asks an officer. And Malloy replies, “Yeah, he’ll cut your head off. You don’t know who I am, do you? You’ll find out who I am.”
Then one of the officers asked Malloy if she was following (Al Qaeda leader) Osama bin Laden, and Malloy said to her: Maybe I am. Happy about 9/11 (the famous 9/11 events). And she continued, “Listen to what I tell you, boys.”
Malloy continued to curse at the officers, when the officer approached her, his camera showing the green flag on the ground.
“What is this?” he asked. His colleague replied, “Oh, this is the ISIS flag?” Another off-screen officer is heard saying: ‘Yes, it’s the flag of ISIS’.
“I’ll chop off your damn heads.”
And here Malloy admits: “Yes, that’s right, I’m really ISIS.”
According to court documents obtained by local media, Malloy continues to claim that she is dealing with ISIS under the name Laurie D. Franklin. A public Facebook account corresponding to this name includes a slew of anti-Semitic content and features posts related to the Q-Anon movement such as #SaveTheChildren and #KidsforCash.
She also claimed on the page to be the daughter of neo-Nazi Joseph Paul Franklin, a notorious 1970s serial killer, accusing the FBI of setting him up.
Other posts said whites are under attack from integration in the US and called for justice for the January 6 rioters.
