The murder of a 23-year-old woman at the hands of her boyfriend is going around the world this Sunday, November 5. Her reason: the young woman managed to capture on her cell phone the exact moment he shot her.

The Military Police of Goiás, state of Brazil, reported that the crime was perpetrated last Saturday, November 4, as reported by World Alert.
“According to the incident report, the team was called to go to the Hospital das Clínicas, where the young woman, identified as Lelly Gabriele Alves, had been admitted with a gunshot wound. As soon as the team arrived, the victim was already dead.”

It was after checking Ielly Gabriele Alves’ cell phone that the authorities realized that she was murdered by her boyfriend.
Sylvie Alves, deputy for Goiás, spoke about what happened on her Instagram account. Through a story, she posted the video of how the man shot his girlfriend and then wrote: “My God!!!! When will this end? Stop killing our women.”
On X, some users left their comments, some of them referring to the risk of playing with weapons. “Guns are not a toy, much less are they aimed at innocent people.
