The trap of not opening your mail

When our financial situation begins to become critical, unopened mail begins to pile up. Indeed, the fear of not being able to pay generates anxiety. This is the first step towards making the problems worse: If you have a pile of mail that you have not opened, it is advisable to:

  1. don’t be afraid to open them. Pushing back the opening aggravates the situation and is a source of more anxiety in the long term.
  2. check the mail to find out what it is
  3. CALL if you do not understand the bill and have doubts. Do not be afraid !
  4. check if you have already paid the invoice in question
  5. keep proof of payment
  6. look at the payment deadline date.
  7. sort your invoices, to find your way easily

Here are Shpejtim’s first tips to get you out of the threat of debt. Next week, he’ll give you solutions that will help if you’re having trouble paying your bills on time.
