Kannur – The SI supported the young man who broke the rules and fell onto the platform while trying to jump on the train. The incident took place around 2.50 pm when the Intercity Express from Kannur to Ernakulam started to depart from Kannur.

CCTV footage of the incident has been released. A sub-inspector named Akbar saw a man falling from the train onto the platform and held him up. He was saved by the timely intervention of the SI.
