The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) presents, today, Tuesday, 26, the 18-year-old citizen, known as “Paulo M”, suspected of beating and charring his own 16-year-old sister.
The crime, describes the SIC communiqué, to which the Kianda’s mail had access, took place on the 19th of December, in Bairro Vila Nova, in Viana.
“Paulo M” is known for terrorizing the residents of the previously mentioned neighborhood, and his arrest is seen as “a relief” for residents in the locality.
