SIC, Newman, Alumni, Los Tilos, Belgrano and CASI won

The second date of the URBA Top 13 Star+ Cup presented by Zurich. In what was the re-edition of the last final, the SIC thrashed the champion CUBA 30-7 and achieved its first victory in the tournament. Alumni did the same and achieved a tight victory against Pucará by 21 to 19. For his part, Newman was forceful and widely beat Buenos Aires by 41 to 11.

CASI, which had a free date on the first day, smiled at La Cumbre by beating San Luis 19-9. In Barrio Obrero, Los Tilos became strong and defeated Regatas 30-5. Finally, Belgrano also led a tight victory by 23 to 21 against the promoted Atlético del Rosario.
