Significant change in Saudi cabinet; New ministers were appointed

Jeddah: King Salman ordered important changes in the Saudi cabinet. The cabinet was changed by appointing new ministers, including the Ministry of Information and Distribution. Salman Bin Yusuf Al Dossari is the new Minister of Information, and Ibrahim Bin Mohammed Al Sultan has been appointed Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Council.

Rakan Bin Ibrahim Al Tauq has been appointed as the senior Minister of State for Culture. Ismail bin Saeed Alghamdi was also appointed as Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Development in the senior rank. In addition to this, Hamoud Al Muraikhi was appointed as the Royal Court Advisor with the rank of Minister, and Lt. Gen. Mohammed bin Amir Al Harbi was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Intelligence Division.

Dr. Abdurrahman bin Hamad Al Harkan has been appointed as the State Real Estate General Authority Governor in senior rank. Salman bin Yusuf Aldossari, who was appointed as the Minister of Information and Distribution, started his professional career as a newspaper reporter. Salman bin Yusuf Dosari, who worked in several leading media outlets in the country, was honored with the King Abdulaziz Second Class Medal in 2021.
