A husband forced his wife to practice vice with his brother.
The court sentenced two brothers to 5 years in prison, for accusing them of having sex with the wife of the second defendant together and filming a video during their relationship with her husband.
The reasoning indicated that the Public Prosecution accused the two brothers of committing the crime, on January 25 and 26, 2021, in the Hawamdiya area in Giza governorate.
According to the prosecution, the first, the victim, against her consent, agreed with the second accused (her husband) to have intercourse with her against her will.
The two brothers detained the victim and tortured her by taking advantage of her presence in her home with her husband, beating her and threatening to inflict harm on her.
Then they closed the doors and windows and prevented her from leaving the place, and her detention lasted for about 20 hours.
The victim said that her husband (the second accused) and his brother, the first accused, beat her and photographed her during intercourse with her husband on the first accused’s mobile phone and forced her to sign trust receipts by force in the marital home.
Police investigations confirmed the authenticity of the incident and what was proven by the forensic medical report and forensic evidence.
The report of the General Department for Criminal Evidence Investigation confirmed that the accused’s phone contained a 28-second video clip showing a half-naked woman from below and a completely naked man kissing and sleeping with her.
The victim admitted that she is the one who appears in the video and that the man is her husband and the one who is filming is her husband’s brother at the time of the incident and the assault on her.
