Kochi: Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala has accused the Silver Line of corruption. Chennithala alleged corruption in conducting the survey and appointing the consultant. The consultancy contract was awarded to a blacklisted French company.
The commission is five per cent for consultants. No foreign loan available. Land acquisition in a hurry is for mortgaging. Ramesh Chennithala also demanded an inquiry into the matter.
