It was through the TikTok social network that a video shared by the user account Armando González (@aall4ever) showed how a wagon from the mechanical game was trapped on top of the tracks. There, park workers were also observed trying to help users.

According to what was shared following the incident, this was the result of a power failure in the game. However, some other users who declared their version of events, point out that this was not the only case reporting failures. Some of the other games had to be stopped because of the rain that was recorded at the time.

In the published video, some comments regarding the event were read, assuring that the mechanical games do not receive proper maintenance and that the price of the tickets is not equivalent to the state in which these attractions are located.
