Mitterbach am Erlaufsee – In the ski area of Gemeindealpe (Lilienfeld district) a skier came off the piste on Saturday morning and crashed into a tree. The 57-year-old died at the scene of the accident, and the emergency doctor who was called might only determine that the woman was dead, the Lower Austria State Police Department said.
