According to information from Sky, FC Augsburg is regarding to transfer Mergim Berisha.
The 24-year-old striker is already in Augsburg for talks and to be prepared for a medical check. There is already a verbal agreement between Berisha and FCA on a transfer. The 13-time German U21 international is under contract with Fenerbahce Istanbul until 2025. FCA want to loan him out and secure an option to buy. Negotiations between the two clubs were in full swing on Tuesday. Last details are still to be clarified. The contracts have not yet been signed.
Berisha joined Fenerbahce from Red Bull Salzburg a year ago.
