Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, July 31st. Brokerage company SM Entertainment said on the 31st that its seven-member rookie boy group RIIZE will debut in September.
The group name RIIZE is a combination of the English words “Rise” (growth) and “Realize” (realization), implying “grow together and realize dreams”. RIIZE will be the new group launched by SM Entertainment after 3 years, and also the boy group launched after 7 years, attracting much attention. The members include the eldest son of singer Yoon Sang (Lee Yun Sang).
SM Entertainment will open an official Instagram account on August 1, revealing the seven members. SM Entertainment stated that RIIZE is composed of members with both strength and beauty, and members with their own charms and strengths will form a group to write a new history in the music industry.
