Vienna/Tyrol (OTS) – The current times are extremely difficult for many people. Adolescents in particular, especially those in need, require society’s attention. A topic that the Austrian hotel chain harry’s home is particularly important. Together with SOS Children’s Village would like to support harry’s home by inviting children and young people to vacation in one of the twelve hotels. In this way, the company wants to give young people the opportunity to leave everyday life behind, at least for a short time, and to make new friends.

As part of their stay at harry’s home, the children can make themselves comfortable in a spacious room. At pizza parties, board games and the like, they can exchange ideas and leave everyday life behind.

R. (15 years old), SOS Children’s Village Hinterbrühl: What I liked best was that we had so much fun with the other children and young people. I’ve made some new friends.

Nora Deinhammer, Managing Director of SOS Children’s Villages: We work to create a loving home for every child and we are grateful that harry’s home supports us in this mission.

The Tyrolean Ultsch family is already in the fifth generation working in the hotel industry. In fact, the harry’s home hotel chain, founded in 2006 and named following the founder Harald “Harry” Ultsch, is on course for expansion. The fact that the company is doing well is not taken for granted. You want to express your gratitude, get involved socially and do something good for society.

Florian Ultsch, general manager at harry’s home: For us, family means talking to one another and being able to exchange ideas. I myself grew up in the hotel business from an early age and have always viewed hotels as a huge adventure playground with all sorts of things to discover. There are so many young people in need who wish they might have a carefree holiday. We are happy if we can give them a carefree time.
