Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has announced that the service will continue during the Eid holidays.
These days the authorities have demanded that smart channels should be used more for visa services. Most of the services of the department are currently available through the website and smart app.
The customer happiness clearance department in Al Aweer will accept customers from 8th to 11th July from 6 am to 10 pm. The GDRFA office at Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport is open 24 hours a day for emergency services.
