After a while SNC Lavalin case in Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will consider Lavalin’s petitions next Monday. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud constituted a new bench. A bench comprising Justice MR Shah and CT Ravikumar will consider the petitions. Since 2017, the case in the Supreme Court has been adjourned 33 times. Lavalin’s case was last heard by the court last October. There are two petitions in the court.
