In the first phase, registered students who receive the pass benefit from up to 60 free trips per month on public passenger transport.

Initially, Giramais social pass issuing points will be set up in six schools in the province’s main municipality, where those in charge can go to process the document, with the opening of official Giramais stores soon, in the surrounding municipalities of Catumbela and Lobito.

To access the inclusive urban mobility program for students, parents and guardians of students attending primary education (grades 1 to 6) and secondary education (grades 7 to 9) They must attach a copy of the student’s registration document (personal ID card) or personal identification document (ID), three (3) passport photographs, 1,000 kwanzas to purchase the registration form and a copy of the ID of the person in charge requesting membership.
Before the pass issuance ceremony, ENBI, at 9 am, signs SNBI membership contracts with 13 local public transport operators for urban passengers, which will be attended by the Provincial Director of Transport, Cátia Cachuco. The signing of the SNBI membership contracts will make Benguela the third province incorporated into the National Integrated Ticketing System in the country, after Luanda and Huíla.
