Sofía Petro, daughter of presidential candidate Gustavo Petro, pointed out during an interview in El País de España that If Rodolfo Hernández becomes president of Colombia, he could generate a social status.

“At a strategic level, I would have preferred that Fico or Rodolfo eventually win, I don’t know how to answer it. I guess I would have preferred Rodolfo before because, like many people, I hadn’t really listened to him. Now that he’s got all the spotlight I found out I wouldn’t want him at all”, mentioned the daughter of Gustavo Petro.
Regarding the vice-presidential formula of Gustavo Petro, Francia Márquez, Sofía declared that there was no other option to occupy that position, since she has lived “in her own flesh” and knows the things that must be changed in Colombia.
“At some point we thought that Francia Márquez might want something more than being vice president, because if you give her more jobs and more tasks, she could be a much more important position for the country than she is now,” concluded the 20-year-old student.
