It’s an event that’s rare in Paris: the IPO of a tech company. Planisware has decided to take the plunge. Specializing in project management software, the company announced this Monday the launch of its IPO, scheduled for October 12 on Euronext Paris.
“We believe that this IPO can give us visibility. And in the B to B software sector, when we address large companies, this is a crucial aspect,” explains Pierre Demonsant, co-founder and president. He adds that the company values its “independence” and that its founders will remain in the majority (around 60%).
