Sony Alpha A7C II and Alpha A7CR cameras arrive with AI, BIONZ XR processor and more

A Sony introduced its two new cameras Alpha A7C II and Alpha A7CR this week. This time, the products arrive in Indian territory with the promise of offering high quality image registration. The product should go on sale at the beginning of November.

Sony Alpha A7C II

This model is a full-frame mirrorless with a 33 MP Exmor R CMOS sensor. According to the Japanese company, this machine is 45% smaller and 22% lighter compared to the Alpha 7 IV. Furthermore, it comes with a unit developed by the brand itself for processing photos using artificial intelligence.

As for the Alpha A7CR, the model comes with a 61 MP Exmor R CMOS sensor and has the same artificial intelligence attributes for use with photos and videos. Likewise, it comes with similar touches on the touchscreen, stabilization, and processing component.

Availability and price

The Alpha 7C II model is now available in the Indian market with a 20-60 mm lens for a price of 243,990 Indian rupees (R$ 14,692). The Alpha A7CR, in turn, is not yet available in the country, and its price has not been revealed.
