After months where we had no news about Sony’s plans to launch new phones, today the fourth generation of one of Sony’s most anticipated phones has been launched and it comes with some news.
Thus, the Sony Xperia 5 IV comes with a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 21:9 aspect ratio. All this with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Now, in terms of camera, we find a 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 focal aperture, a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 focal aperture, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens.
With these cameras, then, we can record content at 4K and 120fps.
Its battery is 5,000 mAh, and it comes with support for 30W fast charging, wireless charging, as well as IP68 certification, a 3.5mm headphone jack and surprisingly with support for microSD cards.
The equipment is priced at USD $999 and will be available starting next week.
