Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro has confirmed that Ndumiso Mabena is set to return to the Bucs eight years after leaving.
After the end of his lease with Royal AM, the 35-year-old player trains with Orlando Pirates, club where he played between 2009 and 2014. During his time, he scored 12 goals, before committing to Platinum stars. He only played four games in his last season with the Bucs (2013-2014).
Currently, the player hopes to land a contract, as confirmed by Jose Riveiro: “Regarding Mabena, he has been training with us for seven days. Let’s see what the management will decide about its future. »
Last season, Mabena scored two goals in 24 appearances for Royal AM.
