“Southern Chubut Yellow Alert: Strong Wind Safety Measures & Updates”

The National Meteorological Service (SMN) reported the yellow alert for strong winds for the southern sector of Chubut for this Wednesday.

The storm would manifest from this afternoon until late at night with speeds between 50 and 70 kilometers per hour and gusts that can exceed 100 km/h locally.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE YELLOW ALERT

1- Avoid outdoor activities.

2- Secure the elements that can be blown up.
3- Stay informed by authorities. Always have an emergency backpack ready with a flashlight, radio, documents and telephone.
