Soy World Congress in Vienna: “Key to the nutritional turnaround”

2023-06-12 06:41:23

Johann Vollmann has been researching soya for over 30 years. “The soybean is an ambivalent plant. It is a climate killer and a beacon of hope at the same time. As one of the reasons for the deforestation of the rainforest, it is the culprit. As a food, it is part of the solution and a key to the nutritional transition.” From June 18th to 23rd, all aspects of it will be the focus of the World Soybean Congress in Vienna. BOKU Professor Vollmann is Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board.
