The Spaniards are called to the polls this Sunday for municipal and partial regional elections. Eleven of the 17 autonomous communities including Madrid will renew their regional president. The result of these polls will be read as a test, as a prelude to the legislative elections next December. The political parties entered the electoral race for the general elections, forgetting the local issues.
