The oil company announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Moscow club and Otkritie Bank Arena stadium.

In the near future, Lukoil plans to implement a number of strategic initiatives aimed at improving the club management system in order to create a more transparent and collegial decision-making mechanism, with the involvement of professionals with successful experience in the sports industry.
Lukoil will continue the active development of the club infrastructure, in particular, conditions will be created for the transfer of the Academy.
