Soldiers of the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR entered the workshops of Azovstal, a plant in Mariupol, where Ukrainian servicemen remain, providing armed resistance to Russian participants in a special military operation.
The Wargonzo telegram channel has published a short video showing how several special forces officers move in short dashes inside the workshops and around the plant.
The report notes that footage of the work of the fighters of the special operations center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR on the territory of Azovstal is being published.
It is also said that the consolidated group, which includes internal troops, the 9th regiment of the NM of the DPR and marines from the Crimea, took control of several workshops of the plant.
Two days ago, adviser to the head of the DPR government, Yan Gagin, said that the area of the Azovstal plant can be compared with a city, and some of its facilities are designed for a nuclear strike. According to him, the plant is defended by several thousand people with a full arsenal of weapons, a large number of ammunition and a serious fleet of armored vehicles.
