OnePlus Ace Racing Edition release date confirmed
As shown in the images above, this is what the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition will look like. The device will be launched in Gray and Blue colors and will be announced on May 17th in China. It remains to be seen when the brand will make the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition available in the remaining parts of the world. However, we should expect the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition to carry a different moniker if and when it launches outside of China.
As for the design, the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition will keep the 3.5mm headphone jack, but drop the brand’s old alert slider. The device will make room for a left-aligned hole punch for the selfie camera. The power button, which will double as a fingerprint scanner, will be located on the right side of the device, while the volume up and down buttons will be on the right side.
OnePlus Ace Racing Edition Specifications (Expected)
The OnePlus Ace Racing Edition is expected to feature a 6.59-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a high refresh rate. Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition will be equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset, which will be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal memory.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition will likely include a triple rear camera setup, including a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP triple camera (macro/depth camera). On the front, the device is said to have a 16MP selfie camera. As for the battery of the device, the OnePlus Ace Racing Edition is expected to come with a 4890mAh battery capacity with 65W fast charging support.
