O Spotify for Podcasters is gaining some new features that may interest its content creators. In this sense, program owners will be able to manage their pages, establish a presence, access exclusive insights and find other ways to monetize content through the platform.
For starters, the service is displaying new customization options on the program page. This way, it is possible to recommend the best episode to the listener and recommend other programs. With the recommendation, the app will show a tab with the highlighted episode to be a kind of starting point.
Regarding other recommended content, Spotify itself suggests ideas such as collaborations, promoting another program or even creating a playlist with favorite episodes or songs. Another new feature relates to discoveries and impression statistics.
In this sense, the user will be able to know the total impressions of each episode and the program in general over a period of 30 days. These details and more can be viewed through a tab called “Statistics” that can be found on Spotify for Podcasters.
