A plataforma de streaming Spotify announced the return of Radar Podcasters, a global program designed to highlight emerging voices in the podcast universe, in Brazil. Each month, a national content creator will be the highlight of the project.

According to Spotify, the chosen creators will have a great editorial highlight on the platform during the 30-day period. In fact, they will appearto finish the playlist Radar Podcasters Brazil. In total, 12 producers will be highlighted by the end of 2024.

For the month of January, the creator of content Ellora Haonne, who runs the podcast I did what I could ¯_(ツ)_/¯, was chosen as the highlight of the Radar Podcasters Brazil. The young woman addresses topics related to behavior in her programs.

Every Monday, at 6am, the creator opens up about the challenges of adult life on the podcast, the number one enemy of self-demand and self-criticism, and the best friend of self-responsibility without martyring herself, as she describes at the beginning of every episode.

According to Spotify, in addition to the podcast highlighted on the cover, the Radar Podcasters Brasil playlist also features four other podcast episodes that listeners need to have on their radar. The list is also updated monthly.

This month, the recommended episodes are:

  • I’m a failure, one percent more by Gi Baldino;
  • Addicted to complaining, Hot girls also cry, by lela brandão;
  • #20 Ana Luiza McLaren, founder of Enjoei, from What do you have in your wallet?, by Steal The Look;
  • Animated Retrospective 2023, by Canal Nostalgia, by Felipe Castanhari.

“The objective of the program is to recognize emerging podcast talent on Spotify, inspire listeners to discover new voices and build new audiences for creators”, commented the Head of Podcasts at Spotify in Brazil, Camila Justo.
