Spreading Joy through Crochet: Angela Moreira’s Heartwarming Story

2024-02-15 05:59:16

A completely free gesture to which Angela Moreira adhered. This resident of Templeuve (Tournai) devotes several hours a day to this true passion. Crocheting, decorating caterpillars or other figurines soothes her, calms her, allows her to create, and also to exchange with other people on Facebook. People who share the same passion. But above all, Angela rejoices in the good she does to others: “My goal is to bring a smile and make people happy.” confesses Angela. “JI think that the person who receives it, somewhere, must say to themselves: “well, there is a person somewhere who thought of me”. Knowing that there is a person, even a stranger, who thinks of you when you are perhaps sometimes alone, brings comfort.”

Her partner, Rudy, is also delighted with this approach and takes pleasure in accompanying Angela to stores or public places to hide the lucky caterpillars. “MEven I’m happy! Rudy is moved. “I’m happy to see people’s happiness. When people find them, I’m happy, it does something to me. Especially when it’s children!”
