St. Pölten – After the red defeat in the state elections in Lower Austria, the party committees met in St. Pölten on Monday evening. Even if state party leader Franz Schnabl ruled out resigning on the evening of the election, it is precisely this personality that should be discussed. The debate is apparently being driven by St. Pölten’s Mayor Matthias Stadler, who wants Schnabl’s resignation.
