A woman and a man were stabbed overnight in Woodbridge, Virginia, police said.
Prince William authorities say someone who knew the couple stabbed them in an apartment on Gableridge Turn around 4 am The apartment is near Interstate 95 and Prince William Parkway.
Medics took the two victims to a hospital. Police do not know the extent of his injuries at this time.
The suspect ran away, according to police.
