The authors of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl showed a poster of the game on the occasion of confirmation of participation in gamescom 2023. Recall that Microsoft also announced the appearance of the demo at the exhibition – the long-awaited game will become part of the Xbox booth. It must be the current version of the shooter. And an early assembly was already leaking to the network: they found a mutant cut from the first part, the mechanics of stealth killings, and much more. The release of the game is officially expected this year, but the authors of the leaks are postponing it to February 2024. The opening ceremony of gamescom 2023 will take place on August 22, and the main part of the event will take place from August 23 to 27. Host Jeff Keely is expecting big announcements, one of which could be the heir to the Nintendo Switch — Nintendo confirmed its participation in April.
