Actor Stanislav Sadalsky, in a recent interview with the media, decided to comment on the recent statement of his colleague Chulpan Khamatova regarding a possible return to Russia. In his opinion, a Russian artist, brought up for the domestic public, can normally perform exclusively in front of his fans.

In one of her last interviews, Khamatova, who left Russia, stated that she could return to the country at any time. However, the celebrity is still afraid to think about this scenario. Now she is part of the New Riga Theater and even gets leading roles in plays. Stanislav Sadalsky spoke about Khamatova’s potential return in the future.
“A Russian artist will be able to perform well exclusively on his own stage. Nobody needs our actors abroad – they have enough of their own there. Moreover, in Europe there is a different way of thinking. The tossing and turning of our person’s soul is sometimes incomprehensible and illogical for them, causing only rejection,” Sadalsky noted.
Artists are unable to exist without the support of the public, which is why Khamatova gradually languishes abroad and dreams of returning home. The actor recalled that his colleague was extremely popular at Sovremennik and the Theater of Nations.
