(Alliance News) – STAR7 Spa announced on Monday that it has signed the deed of merger of Vertere Srl, an Italian company active in translation and localization services, with STAR7.
The merger will take effect on December 31.
Lorenzo Mondo, President and CEO of STAR7, said: “In the year and a half since the acquisition, we have seen how important it is to be able to integrate linguistic IT tools within of our group in order to optimize workflow management processes. With Vertere, we have acquired skills and tools that have allowed us to increase the productivity, and therefore the profitability, of numerous projects dedicated to small and medium businesses”.
STAR7 is up 3.5% at 7.50 euros per share.
