Group Stage and Knockout Bracket: November 18, 2022
Final round: November 19 and 20, 2022
First, the participants play three group phases, with four players in each pool and fighting for the best positions in the GSL format and in best-of-3 series. In the group games nobody is thrown out of the tournament, instead it’s about getting the best places in the final round. 24 participants (16 from the groups and eight from the knockout bracket, in which losers get a second chance) make it there in the end.
The playoffs consist of a single-elimination bracket with best-of-5 series. The only exception is the final – here you play a best-of-7.
