Starfield has an official release window announced by Bethesda: the game will be available exclusively on PC and Xbox Series X|S in the first half of 2023. The information came from a series of questions and answers on the Starfield technical support page.

Some time ago, Phil Spencer said that postponing Starfield to 2023 was the right decision, and apparently the wait might not be as long as we feared if the launch does indeed take place in the first half of the year.
“Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4,” reads the official synopsis on the Steam page. “In this next-gen RPG set in the stars, embark on an epic journey to find the answer to humanity’s greatest mystery.”
