Starlink Venezuela: Prices for Mini & V4 Kits Revealed

Caracas – Starlink internet service is now officially available to consumers in Venezuela, with hardware kits priced between $269 and $469, according to authorized distributors. The launch, effective February 3rd, comes with a 50% discount on the residential service plan, according to reports circulating since February 4th.

The Starlink Mini kit, designed for portability and use in vehicles, is being offered for $269. For users prioritizing speed and stability in fixed locations like homes or offices, the Starlink V4 kit is available for $469. A standard V2 kit remains available as a residential option.

These prices cover only the hardware – the antenna, Wi-Fi router, power supply, cables, and basic mounting accessories. Customers will also be required to pay a separate monthly subscription fee based on their chosen data plan, according to information released by distributors.

The arrival of Starlink in Venezuela marks a significant shift in internet access options for a country that has historically faced challenges with connectivity. The service operates via a network of low-orbit satellites, offering a potential alternative to traditional internet providers.

Authorized distributors have confirmed the availability of these options, dividing the equipment offerings between those designed for mobility and those optimized for fixed infrastructure. The Starlink V4 model is specifically highlighted for its enhanced reception and transmission capabilities, as well as its stability for prolonged connections.
