Regarding the process of compiling the book, the Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Internal Affairs said that the book is presented in a modern, journalistic style, divided into 3 parts.
Part one: Some issues drawn from the reality of the fight against corruption in Vietnam.
Part two: Consistency of the motto: Prevent corruption and negativity from early, from afar, both top and bottom.

The book was released on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Party (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2023) and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption (2013-2023).
