The Timberwolves have a formidable scoring efficiency duo. The 60 points of Karl-Anthony Towns against the Spurs is quite simply the best performance of the season in the NBA (tied with Kyrie Irving), and a new career high for the pivot. When Anthony Edwards, he passed the 50-point barrier for the first time twice. Given his talent, the No. 1 in the draft should pass this bar – probably several times – this season.

Only 1 triple double this season for Minneapolis players. Unsurprisingly, it is the work of Karl-Anthony Towns. Against Utah, January 30, 2022, the pivot was pleased with 31 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. This is his second career, the first having taken place in 2016. It is the only time this season where he has exceeded 10 assists. Since the pivot is a rebound vacuum, it is complicated for other players, especially Anthony Edwards et D’Angelo Russell, to claim this reward.
