Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the media center at the General Meteorological Authority, said that the weather is witnessing continued stability in most governorates, as the temperature remains around normal rates for this time of the year, which is recorded in Cairo from 33 to 35 degrees until the beginning of next week.
Ghanem added, in today’s statements, that the reason for the feeling of higher temperatures than the declared one is due to the high levels of humidity, which causes a sensation of a temperature higher than the declared one by regarding 3 degrees, as we feel it as if it is 38 degrees.
A member of the media center of the Meteorological Authority confirmed that the weather during the day will be hot on the northern coasts and Greater Cairo, and very hot on the north and south of the country.
Ghanem warned citizens once morest exposure to the sun during the noon period, starting from 12 noon until four in the followingnoon, as the temperature is at its peak during this period.
And she continued: With the entry of the night period and the absence of sunlight, temperatures drop, and there is wind activity in most areas that works to soften the weather.
