The Meteorological Authority in Lebanon announced that “spring weather with temperatures below their seasonal rates dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean during the coming days until dawn on Friday, as it is gradually affected by an air depression centered over Turkey and is accompanied by cold air masses, which leads to volatile and rainy weather and continues.” Until Sunday afternoon, when it gradually recedes, and the weather returns to stability.
The expected weather in Lebanon:
Monday: Partly cloudy with no change in temperature, with a relatively cold atmosphere during the night and early morning hours, especially in the mountainous and internal areas. The evening becomes partly cloudy and fog forms on the medium heights.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy with a slight decrease in temperatures, especially in the mountainous and internal areas, with the weather remaining relatively cold during the night and early morning hours. Dense fog sometimes forms on the heights during the morning period, and sporadic drizzle is expected in the mountainous and interior areas before noon.
Wednesday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy with fog on the heights, with no change in temperatures on the coast, while it rises in the interior and mountainous areas.
Thursday: Slightly cloudy to partly cloudy with an additional rise in temperatures, which become within their seasonal rates on the coast. Humidity increases during the night, fog forms on the heights, and winds activate sometimes. Sporadic drizzle is expected on Thursday/Friday night, with the approach of the depression effect.
