Step by step of the pear and ricotta upside-down cake

Ingredients:
– 2 pears
– 2 eggs
– 2 egg whites
– 250 g skim ricotta
– 1 credit. lemon zest
– 1 tbsp. vanilla essence
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 2 tbsp. grated coconut
Optional: cinnamon to sprinkle
– sweetener
– vegetable dew

Preparation

Peel the pears, cut into halves, remove the center and cut into slices. Reserve.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except the pears and coconut, mix or process.

Arrange the pears in a mold greased with vegetable spray and add the preparation on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 30 minutes.

Once ready, let it cool, sprinkle with cinnamon or grated coconut before serving.

Tip
Pears can be sweetened with a little powdered sweetener.
