Two-factor authentication is a fairly useful way to keep your online accounts safe from hackers and other bad actors, and Apple offers a way Two-factor authentication “inline” for websites that already support this feature.
Most secure websites also offer two-factor authentication, but there are some that don’t really make it mandatory. For such sites, a secondary passcode can be really useful, and this feature really came with it iOS 15 last year and allowed users to set up two-factor authentication for online accounts.
Earlier iPhone users had to rely on third-party apps to store one-time passwords. Not anymore as here we tell you how to set up two factor authentication for different websites. Follow these steps to set it up.
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap on Passwords (it will use FaceID or ask you to enter your passcode to continue)
2. You will see a list of all websites whose passwords are saved in iCloud Keychain
3. Choose the website for which you want to set up a two-factor authentication code
4. Now tap on the Verify Code Setup button
5. Press the Setup key entry option
6. You can put the code you receive

The secondary two-factor authentication is re-established every 30 seconds so that no one can access your phone using it. Also, the feature is supported for apps/websites that support setting up two-factor authentication.
