12,000 parts in three shifts leave the plastic paint shop at Steyr Automotive, the former MAN plant in Steyr, every day. Although MAN finally stopped truck assembly at the end of September, the former owner is still the largest customer. The plastic parts are pre-assembled and leave the factory in 35 to 40 trucks per day.
