The rejection of the Federal Government’s Freedom of Information Act expressed today by Blue Secretary General Schnedlitz is all the less surprising. With this law, the federal government has achieved a historic achievement that creates a new understanding of the transparent and modern state of the 21st century,” says the general secretary of the People’s Party, Christian Stocker, in response to Michael Schnedlitz’s statements, and concludes by emphasizing: “The FPÖ makes it very easy for itself: On the one hand, being in the role of blocker and preventer is very comfortable and, on the other hand, you don’t have any responsibility for it!
