Vienna (OTS) – “The SPÖ voted today on the presidency, the result is a deeply divided party. What that means for the SPÖ is their business. For Austria and the political work in our country, this means: we already had the dirty methods of the SPÖ enough and we don’t need a sniper mentality either. Doskozil has shown so far that he can split. In the SPÖ he leaves behind a shambles and in Burgenland a mountain of debt. The model of the SPÖ Burgenland is not a model for Austria. All this does not bode well for our country and for the people in our country”, says the General Secretary of the People’s Party, Christian Stocker, on the election result at the SPÖ federal party conference.
