STORMY Daniels, the pornographic film star at the center of the criminal case against Donald Trump, gave testimony in court, Tuesday (7/5), describing in detail her sexual relationship with the former president of the United States (US) in the penthouse of a hotel in 2006.
Trump is accused of falsifying financial reports that he paid his attorney Michael Cohen, namely US $ 13 thousand to silence Daniels in 2016 when the billionaire faced Hillary Clinton in the US election.
“The prosecution called Stormy Daniels to testify,” said prosecutor Susan Hoffinger as Trump sat on the defense bench with his attorney.
In her testimony, Daniels explained in detail her sexual relationship with Trump, what she was wearing, the positions they had, and more as the former US president sat quietly.
Trump has denied having sex with Daniels and his attorneys even tried unsuccessfully to have the trial dismissed.
Speaking after the trial, Trump said the case against him was shameful and he should be campaigning instead of being in court.

Judge Juan Merchan has issued a gag order against Trump barring the former US president from attacking witnesses.
Daniels’ testimony comes 6 months before the US election when Trump will try to defeat President Joe Biden.
Daniels, 45, whose real name is Stephani Clifford, said she met Trump at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe where she was employed by pornographic film company Wicked Entertainment.

He was, at the time, 27 years old, and Trump, “Probably older than my father,” Daniels said in court.
Daniels said he reluctantly accepted Trump’s invitation after discussing it with his agent.
When he arrived at Trump’s penthouse, the former US president appeared wearing silk or satin pajamas. “I immediately mocked him,” Daniels said.

“I said, ‘Does Hugh Hefner know you stole his pajamas?’ said Daniels, referring to the clothes that the late owner of Playboy magazine, Hugh Hefner, liked to wear.
Trump then changed clothes and they discussed various things about the pornographic film industry. Daniels said Trump was very interested in the industry.
Trump, who at that time was still married to Melania, proposed that Daniels appear on his reality show, The Apprentice.
Daniels said he then excused himself to the bathroom and when he came out Trump was in bed wearing boxers and a t-shirt.
“I was shocked. His intentions were very clear. He didn’t threaten me at all,” Daniels admitted.
She revealed the two had brief sex in missionary position and Trump was not wearing a condom.
“I was embarrassed that I didn’t say no,” Daniels recalled.
After Trump announced his candidacy for president, Daniels said his agent connected him with Keith Davidson, a Hollywood lawyer, to sell his story.
“My motivation is not money. I just want to tell my story,” claims Daniels.
Davidson then negotiated a hush deal with Cohen, Trump’s representative, in October 2016, with Daniels receiving a fee of $130,000.
